We are contracted to legally and efficiently deliver medical cannabis at an affordable cost to all valid medical marijuana patients in the State of California, especially the disabled and mobility-challenged. As a Collective,Peninsula Plug will facilitate and organize transactions between members who collectively cultivate and possess marijuana for medical purposes pursuant to Proposition 215, The Compassionate Use Act, Health and Safety Code Sections 11362.5 et seq. Our Collective limits access to medical marijuana and medical cannabis products for members who are qualified medical marijuana patients and/or primary caregivers pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5(a) & (e).
Peninsula Plug operates in compliance with California laws and in accordance with Proposition 215, The Compassionate Use Act of 1996, Senate Bill 420 and all State of California laws and guidelines required by the California Attorney General to ensure the security of marijuana grown and distributed for medical use only. Following California MMP, Safe Access and sensibility laws and regulations set forth by the State of California.
All orders will be processed after a patient’s State issued Medical Marijuana ID Card has been validated or a patient’s Medical Recommendation has been verified to have been issued by a licensed physician in the State of California and is current. Please note that patients are responsible to understand the State of California and county laws related to the use of medical marijuana. Patients are solely responsible for the quantity limitations by their local county once the medical marijuana or medical marijuana product are in their possession as Peninsula Plug. follows the regulations of the State of California.
