Ek Type does not retain credit card information or other bank details.

Please note that the fonts provided on this website have been developed to be complaint with Unicode standards. Ek type does not provide any warranties regarding the use of the font in any software which does not support Unicode.

Shipping Policy

On successfully completing the payment process, the purchased font software will be immediately available for download from the Ektype Website.

Delivery methods and timing

On successfully completing the payment process. The buyer will be redirected to a link on the Ek Type Website from which the purchased font software can be downloaded. The Buyer will also be able to download the purchased fonts multiple number of times for a period of one year from the ‘My Order’ section of this user account on the Ek Type website.

In case, a buyer is unable to download the fonts from the website, he/she can notify customer support and the purchased fonts will be e-mailed to them.

Refund Policy

As a general policy, Ek Type orders are non-refundable. Fonts once purchased/downloaded cannot be Refunded, exchanged or returned. In case of any technical defect in the fonts, updated fonts may be provided if notified within 7 days of purchasing the fonts.

In case of incorrect fonts being delivered or if there is any problem with the order, the customer should notify us within 24 hrs. of purchase for us to be able to resolve the issue.
